Service Description

We are now offering an Intermediary Support Service for parents with learning difficulties going through Local Authority court proceedings. We are a specialised team of workers who have experience of working within the Local Authority teams and have experience of court proceedings, as well as experience of working with parents with a variety of learning difficulties. Our aim is to ensure the parent can make the best decisions based on their level of understanding the information presented. Our workers pride themselves on working creatively to ensure that the information is understood in written form, verbal and using symbols and keeping the language simple and jargon free.
